Whynot Jansveld is a bassist/guitarist based out of New York City.  Born and raised in the Netherlands, he has lived in the United States since 1993.  When in New York, Whynot maintains a busy gigging and recording schedule, having worked with such artists as the Crash Test Dummies, Jess Klein, and Wayne Krantz, and producers such as Neil Dorfsman, Eran Tabib and Steven Hague.  He has toured and recorded with RCA artist David Mead, and is currently touring the US, Europe and Australia with platinum-selling J-Records artist Gavin DeGraw.
