A national-awarding winning songwriter, Cosy and her wryly insightful songs have been featured everywhere from Carnegie Hall to the Dr. Demento Show and NPR's Car Talk. The Boston Globe called her, "one of the most respected and best-liked songwriters on the national folk circuit." Her concert performances move seamlessly from satirical cultural observations to emotional explorations of family relationships, showcasing a mastery of pacing and sophisticated guitar work. Her latest creative work is a one-woman-show and CD, "The Pomegranate Seed - An Exploration of Appetite, Body-Image and Myth in Modern Culture." Cosy has taught songwriting for the past 6 years at The Swannanoa Gathering in Asheville, NC and at Summersongs Songwriters Camp at Ashokan in NY.
