1. Sponsor

The Elixir® Strings Rob Swift Patreon Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Elixir Strings, W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., 201 Airport Road, Elkton, MD 21921 (“Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Patreon, Inc. Patreon is used solely as the platform through which the prize membership will be provided.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Rob Swift, and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on November 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 14, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit elixirstrings.com/rob-swift and complete the official entry form by providing the requested information and agreeing to these Official Rules.

Each eligible entrant may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

No purchase or payment is required.

5. Prizes

Ten (10) winners will each receive:

One year (12 months) of access to Rob Swift’s Patreon membership.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is $180.

The total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $1,800.

Each prize will be provided through a complimentary Patreon membership, redemption link, or another method determined by Sponsor and Rob Swift.

Prize access is subject to Patreon’s applicable terms, policies, account requirements, and technical availability.

Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Each winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of a prize.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Ten (10) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or around November 17, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.

Each potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide any information reasonably required to award the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Entry Restrictions

Automated, robotic, scripted, macro-based, fraudulent, or otherwise improper entries are prohibited.

Multiple entries submitted using different identities, email addresses, accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limit may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any entry.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final regarding administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the termination, where permitted by law.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Rob Swift, Patreon, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

11. Patreon Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is independently administered by Sponsor.

Patreon, Inc. is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes and is not responsible for its operation, winner selection, or fulfillment by Sponsor.

Use of Patreon and redemption or use of a Patreon membership are subject to Patreon’s applicable Terms of Use and policies.

12. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable law.

13. Winner Information

For the names of the winners, send an email to elixirstrings@wlgore.com with “Rob Swift Giveaway Winners List” in the subject line.

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
