We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We ask that you include your order details in your email or have them ready when you call. The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted. Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted.
Damages and issues
We take quality complaints seriously. If you have opened your product and you find a quality issue beyond 30 days, the process is the same. Please contact our Customer Support team at 800.367.5533 or email us at elixirstrings@wlgore.com. We ask that you include your order details in your email or have them ready when you call. If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
